Hudson Valley Man Accused Of Raping 13-Year-Old Twice, Police Say

A 25-year-old man from the Hudson Valley has been charged in connection with raping a 13-year-old girl, according to state police.

On Jan. 28, New York State Police from the Pine Plains barracks and the Rhinebeck Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Bryan C. McGarry of Clinton for two counts of rape in the second degree, a Class D felony.

McGarry was arrested for having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old victim on two separate occasions in 2017 in the town of Pine Plains.

McGarry was arraigned before the Village of Red Hook Court and remanded to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.
